Bookkeeper

A fintech company looking for a full-time bookkeeper.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who loves working in a fast-paced environment

In this role you will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.

Offices in Tel Aviv – Hybrid position.

• Processing journal entries and managing documentation.
• Monitoring and reconciling daily / monthly financial transactions.
• Bank & Acquirers Bank reconciliations.
• Verify the accuracy of financial data.
• Issuing of tax invoices.
• Work with our global subsidiaries
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing procedures.
• Work with large amount of data and build tools to streamline the process.
• Assist and support to the external audit process.
• Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
• Improving and developing the accounting policies and procedures.

• Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 2.
• High level in reconciliations
• 4+ years of proven bookkeeping experience from fin tech company.
• High MS Office proficiency, especially with excel functions - must
• Team player with a proactive approach, organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Great communication skills, High level of integrity
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High proficiency English level
