Business Development Associate

We’re looking for an extraordinary business-oriented candidate who can demonstrate the added value that UNIPaaS can bring to our clients. In this role, you will be researching, outreaching, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities.

You will thrive if you are intellectually curious about fintech, have a passionate work ethic, grit, and business integrity. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, thrive in developing new markets, and evangelize UNIPaaS as an ‘Embedded Finance’ category leader.

• Identify and acquire new prospects and partners.
• Research and analyze customers and market trends, to advise on go to market and partner strategies
• Identify and assess new business opportunities that meet UNIPaaS’s strategic needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of the industry, competition, and ecosystem
• Create opportunities database, gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analysis, and develop recommendations on business development priorities
• Help manage ongoing relationships with global partners

• 2 years of experience in business development, high-end business consultancy, financial services, or VC.
• Very strong business development and data-driven orientation.
• Must be a problem solver, high-energy, motivated, self-starter, and results-driven
• Ability to work within a diverse and fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to generate high-impact presentations
• Outstanding interpersonal skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities in English (must be native/high level)
• An intrinsic motivation to continually improve yourself through learning
• Independence and trustworthiness, both internally and externally
• Other languages - advantage
• A hybrid model of work, 2 days from home, 3 days TLV.
