We at UNIPaaS believe in a service approach, the clients' satisfaction from our service level and products are above all, we are looking to establish Customer Success management excellent Team.  
The Customer Success Manager & Technical Support responsibilities include resolving application issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.

You will do
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve on UNIPaaS system.
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. product, developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal systems or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients
You will need
  • 3-5 years of experience in technial support, clients technical integrations, customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • A hybrid model of work, 2 days from home, 3 days TLV.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Logs, Postman and monitoring tools
  • Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus
  • Experience working with B2B platforms is a plus
