Full stack Team Leader

At UNIPaaS you’ll be working in an innovative, dynamic environment at the forefront of an emerging spotlight of the fintech industry. As the company’s R&D Team Leader, you’ll be facing fascinating challenges involving the core of our product. You’ll review the team members codes, and work with the Product and costumer success team. As you’re reporting to the CTO, and have your own team to manage, you’ll do Hands-on sometimes, With enjoying the benefits of a growing and well-funded startup.
The ideal candidate will have a team management experience and a full experience with our technological stack

• You’ll be building the core product and new products from scratch as part of our dev team and have the opportunity to have a major impact on the product and core code we are developing.
• solve complex challenges of combining microservice architecture and modern Fintech platforms.
• Be responsible for all aspects of product development, from ideation through architecture to implementation, testing and continuous deployment.
• Work with the team to solve problems and overcome obstacles that are unique to early stage startups.
• You'll be in charge of the code reviews and pull requests.
