Product Manager

UNIPaaS is looking for a talented Product Manager to join our growing product team. UNIPaaS is a fast growing start-up in the Fintech industry, founded by a team of online payment experts with a burning passion to solve some of the biggest problems in commerce. As a product manager at UNIPaaS you will be doing both discovery and delivery, both inbound and outbound work. You will be managing the product throughout it’s Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering and marketing teams as well as management to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met and to deliver winning products.

Make our customers love us, in a hard to copy, monetizable way :) 

• Act as a leader within the company
• Take part in planning the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver PRDs with prioritized features 
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
• Perform product demos to customers
• Set KPI’s to meet revenue and profitability goals. Be an advocate for gathering product data and making data driven decision 
• Work closely with UX designers to ensure the best outcome, and join forces to excel market and competitors research 
• Brief and train the support, marketing and sales teams

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager, out of which at least 2 years as a Product Manager in a fintech (payments / lending / accounting)  company. 
• Experience working in a startup environment. 
• Experience with B2B products - a plus. 
• Experience working in a company utilizing a marketplace model (Ecommerce, GIG economy etc.. ) - a plus 
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Experience in working with API based products 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Excellent teamwork skills
