We are looking for a skilled Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Sales team. This role is crucial in the B2B SaaS sales process, especially when integrating solutions like embedded payment systems. You will work closely with our sales team and clients to provide technical expertise, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful integration and adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise and Solution Design:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and technical environment.

- Design tailored solutions and integration plans.

- Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and specifications.

  • Sales Enablement:

- Showcase and demonstrate UNIPaaS’ solution to potential customers throughout the sales process.

- Tailor bespoke payment flows based on a deep understanding of potential customer product offerings.

- Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate the value of the embedded payments product.

- Provide training on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.

  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

- Conduct live or virtual demos showcasing our platform’s features and integrations.

- Develop custom demos for specific client use cases.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders.

  • Proof of Concept (PoC) and Trials:

- Set up and manage PoCs, including software configuration and trial oversight.

- Gather client feedback to refine the solution.

  • Integration Support:

- Provide technical support during the integration process.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Assist with API integrations and custom needs.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

- Support the sales team with technical insights throughout the sales cycle.

- Act as the main technical contact for clients.

- Collaborate with product management, development, and support teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, embedded payment systems, APIs, and integration methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
